Product Description
JKN-HS120 is quinoline quaternary ammonium salt and propargyl alcohol based and the mixture in aqueous alcohol solvent system. It has excellent performance, and is used in hydrochloric (HCl), HCl-hydrofluoric (HCl-HF) systems. It can effectively protect pipes or equipment from severe acid corrosion at high temperatures of 220-270℉ (104-130℃). JKN-HS120 can be used for mild steel to very exotic tubulars.

JKN-HS120 is a high concentration corrosion inhibitor, which can be used in 5% to 28% HCl solutions, gelling acid, cross-linked acid and HCl+HF systems, and with low dosage ratio. This product disperses well in acid solutions, resulting in good inhibitor distribution and pipe protection.
JKN-HS120 provides corrosion protection in all HCl, and HCl-HF blends up to 220-270℉ (104-130℃).
JKN-HS120 is effective for most metals including carbon steel and chrome steel. It can also be used in most acids such as hydrochloride and hydro fluoride.

Recommended Treatment
The concentration is dependent on acid type, strength, bottom hole temperature, contact time, and additional additives.
By adding JKN-HS120 with the water during the loading operation, the product can be better dispersed in the resultant acid solution.

Organic acid based intensifier is recommended to enhance the protection, Intensifiers such as formic acid, is helpful for lower dosage ratio and high temperature.
Packing and Storage
JKN-HS120 be packed in 200L drums or 1000L IBC.
Be kept away from moisture and possible damage of the packages in transportation, stored in cool and dry situations.
Storage lifetime is 2 years.
