The function of scale inhibitor is to prevent the formation of scale through chemical reaction, thus preventing precipitation and scaling problems in fracturing fluid. It can effectively reduce the influence of Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+ ions on fracturing fluid viscosity, temperature resistance, and filtration loss, and solve the scaling and corrosion problems from the wellbore to the ground gathering and transportation system.
JKN-SI is compounded by a variety of metal chelating agents, has good chelating ability and washing performance, can form stable coordination complexes with a variety of metal ions, and can effectively remove metal ions, hard scale and other impurities in water.
JKN-SI has excellent solubility and can be mixed with strong acid or strong alkali solutions.

Recommended Treatment

Packing and Storage
JKN-SI is supplied in 200kg high density polyethylene (HDPE) drums or 1000kg IBC. Keep it away from extreme conditions such as places near flames or direct sunlight.
