Product Description
The high-viscosity gel used in the fracturing construction process is generally prepared from vegetable gum (guar gum) or synthetic polymer. Under certain PH conditions, a cross-linking agent is added to form a pickable gel within a suitable time.
JKN-ZC1 is suitable for cross-linking guar gum and PAM, especially under conditions of high mineralization.
Technical & Engineering Information
JKN-ZC1 is an organic zirconium crosslinking agent. Zirconium compounds (Zr4+) have strong affinity for hydroxyl and carboxyl groups and can form stable chemical bonds with the functional groups (-OH, -COOH) to form high-viscosity gel. Various polyol ligands achieve the purpose of delayed crosslinking by shielding and delaying the release of zirconium ions; and after the introduction of organic ligands, the stability is improved. Due to the formation of multi-nuclear complex ions, the strength of the unit crosslinking point is increased, thereby improving the temperature and shear resistance of the gel.
