Product Description
JKN-BC2 is an organic borate crosslinker, is suitable for water-based gel fracturing fluid system, can form high viscosity gel by crosslinking with hydroxypropyl guar gum.
JKN-BC2 has good stability, and has a wide range of crosslinking, adjustable crosslinking time, carrier performance is good, 40-120℃(104—250℉) shear stability and gel breaking liquid hydration completely, easy flowback and other excellent features. It is suitable for underground fracturing construction of medium and low temperature formation.
Technical & Engineering Information
JKN-BC2 is a borate crosslinker used in guar or guar derivative based fracturing fluids.
JKN-BC2 can be used to crosslink most guar or guar derivative based fracturing fluids. It is compatible with most additives used in fracturing fluid systems which are engineered for use up to 250℉ (120℃).
JKN-BC2 is greatly affected by the PH of the solution, the higher the PH value, the stronger the stability of the complex. When PH value is high, only a small amount of complex is slowly dissociated at the beginning, that is, delayed cross-linking.
